My Name is Rolla Gard. I started Chizzled at age 57 and am now 69 years young. LP gave me hope at a time in my life when I felt hopeless about attaining personal health. He has always said that, “It’s never too late to become fit, you can start at any age”. In the first two years with LP I lost 56 pounds and now the total is 110 pounds!
